After two long years . . . let's do this!
ONE (1) REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR BOOTH SHOULD ARRIVE AT CHECK-IN TO PICK-UP CREDENTIALS AND RECEIVE BOOTH PLACEMENT. WE CANNOT HAND OUT INDIVIDUAL ARTIST OR VENDOR CREDENTIALS.
ATTN: ARTISTS: Please be sure you pass along the following set-up, and health department inspection info., to EACH artist. FYI . . . after initial health department inspection on Friday, the health department has notified us they will be on-site throughout the weekend, spot checking for compliance.
Each 8 x 10 booth includes 2 complimentary passes. (Up to 5 additional passes can be purchased PER BOOTH at check in on Thursday ONLY for $20each.) Each booth is provided with tables, chairs and electricity. You must supply your own extension cords and power strips. If you have power needs at the show, you can check to see if the hotel can accommodate - but it is best to come independently prepared.
There will be thermofax and copy machine(s) for use in the artist areas, as well as wi-fi. Password will be included in your artist package at check-in.
S.F.T.E. requires artist that you operate complying with State and local laws and requirements included in this link. You must DISPLAY your current and valid tattooing/piercing license at your booth for the Health Department to easily view.

You, or a representative from your shop, MUST check in to receive shop/artist credentials for entry into the event on Friday am.
** As this is a charity event, and volunteers will be checking you in . . . the earlier the better please!**

ALL ARTISTS, AND ALL CURRENT AND VALID LICENSES MUST BE IN PLACE AND ON DISPLAY FOR HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTION BY 11:30AM, FRIDAY, 8/12/2022.
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. YOU MUST ABIDE BY THEIR RULES AND INSPECTION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, OR THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO NOT PERMIT AN ARTIST/SHOP TO TATTOO.
AS IT WOULD BE TOO LATE TO SELL THE BOOTH IN THE EVENT THIS HAPPENS, NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED
If you are sharing a booth, remember that S.F.T.E. reserves the right to approve ALL exhibitors a minimum of 30 days prior to the show. All money received for booth space is non-refundable. NO TATTOO EQUIPMENT or COLOR PIGMENT is to be displayed for sale to the public. No person under the age of 18 will be tattooed or pierced. Booth holders are required to keep their booth space clean, set-up and staffed during show hours.
The EXHIBITOR agrees to hold harmless S.F.T.E., and/or any and all SFTE sponsors, South Florida President's Council, Inc., Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, the City of Coral Springs, Coral Springs Marriott and all employees and vendors of the aforementioned, from any and all types of liability, accidents, fire, theft, or any loss. If damage to exhibit hall booth space should occur, exhibitor will be held responsible for the full amount of replacement expenses. Exhibitor agrees to protect and keep harmless S.F.T.E. show management from any and all claims for damages or suits which may arise from injury, loss, or damage to property or person occurring before, during and after the event, or within the area occupied by the booth holder.
